This section will document the operational and administrative processes required for the daily management of the Fundación MxOS, A.C., as well as its official institutional documents.

The objective is to ensure that the administration of the civil association is transparent, orderly, and reproducible.

Administrative Processes

Detailed step-by-step procedures for recurring tasks will be listed here, such as:

  • Domain Management: Annual renewal and payment of the organization’s official domains (mx-os.mx, mx-os.com, mx-os.net, and mx-os.org).

  • Human Resources: Hiring staff, payroll processing and payment, and social security registration and compliance, along with other relevant authorities.

  • Accounting and Finance: Expense verification, budget management, and tax compliance of the civil association.

Governance documents and reports will also be published here:

  • Meeting Minutes (Actas de Acuerdos): Official minutes and resolutions of committee and general assembly meetings.

  • Collaboration Agreements: Partnerships and formal agreements established with educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations.

  • Management Reports: Periodic activity and financial status reports of the Foundation.
